Rick started his first maintenace company 39 years ago right here in Snohomish County. Operating out of one small truck, he built his company up until he had a fleet of trucks running under the name Omega Building Maintenance.  This was accomplished by building better operational practices, providing above-average customer service, and being one of the best trained maintenance companies available in the state. Omega was one of the first CDC trained janitorial companies in the state.  Omega understands the importance of providing a clean, healthy environment whether it is for your employees, children, or a public facility.

• The average house vacuum runs at 75 cfm, Omega's are 125 cfm back packs, and 175 upright
• Omega uses micro viraside filter bags.  This is a smaller particulate cleaner than a HEPA filter and is treated with a virus and bacteria killer
• Our rags are cleaned and disnfected daily and rotated at every building
• Our mops are treated daily and washed weekly
• Omega's major all-around cleaner is ZEP Hydrogen Peroxide based cleaner that does not harm surfaces but has no known contaminates that build a resistance to it
• All other equipment is washed and disinfected every day including our fully equipped trucks.  Broken equipment is repaired or replaced
